The party starts at 6:00pm on Thursday, December 31, 2009.
The dinner menu includes:
- Bahamian Conch Chowder with dinner rolls
- Garden Salad

- Lobster with Garlic Butter or Thermador Sauce

- Grouper in Mushroom Sauce

- Steak with Sauteed Onions, Tomato and Bell Peppers or Mushroom Sauce
